• Delivery fees: Free express delivery throughout France
• Processing time: 1 to 3 business days for quality inspection
• Estimated delivery time: 5 to 12 business days after processing
Delivery details
We currently deliver only in France. Each order is shipped via express delivery, ensuring fast, secure, and fully insured shipping. From the moment you place your order until receipt, delivery usually takes between 5 and 12 business days.
Damaged or incorrect orders
We are sorry if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. If this happens, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible.
To report a problem, send an email to info@luvo-paris.com with the following information:
• Your order number
• A detailed description of the problem
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will quickly find a solution suited to your situation.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it free of charge.
Delayed orders
During peak periods (such as holidays), deliveries may be delayed.
If your order has not arrived within three business days after the estimated time, please contact our customer service.
Order processing & cutoff time
• Orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) Monday to Friday are processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
